After another busy, but very successful year, it’s a good time to reflect on what we achieved in 2019 and how we are igniting a new decade!
We ended the year the same way we started it, with a variety of transformational Programmes on the go, using Microsoft 365 as the primary enabler for modernising our Client’s organisations and re-envisioning the way they go about their business. In addition, we have continued to be the primary partner within the National Enabling Programme for Microsoft 365 in Policing, not only working as the central technology partner, but also as a local delivery partner to many of the Forces themselves.
We organised, hosted or presented at many events this year (see below) including packed out slots at Future Decoded Excel London, sharing our transformative case studies and highlighting our innovative ways to nurture culture change.
Our Business Consulting went from strength to strength delivering over 30 separate Business Case Development engagements, highlighting and justifying opportunities to leverage returns on investments in Microsoft services, and various options available to customers looking to realise these.
In addition, we continued to see huge growth in demand of customers looking to not only find a partner with subject matter expertise in technology, or find a partner capable of leading on the organisational change and enablement, but one looking to assist the modernisation of Operating Models for an evergreen, Cloud-centric business. Service Integration is a key area of focus and a complex challenge for many organisations, with complexities relating to skills, process and structure all needing attention and investment.
As a result of our phenomenal growth, and increase in the breadth of challenges and needs from our customers, we implemented an internal restructure at the end of 2019. Designed to provide a more robust platform for us to continue to scale moving forwards, whilst promoting quality and further innovation throughout the specialist capabilities in our business. Our technical expertise continues to evolve, with our consultants being recognised by our customers and Microsoft for the great work they deliver.
2020 is shaping up nicely, with new engagements with major FTSE listed and large Public Sector organisations, more focus on automation and process innovation with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, and a continued recruitment drive to bring in experienced, enthusiastic and highly capable consultants into the business.
With a much bigger team to support your change journey, whether envisioning a digital strategy for the next 3 years, developing a business case to enable change and drive value, or trying to understand how to exploit and maximise benefits from existing investments in technology. We have a set of cohesive services and framework IP that differentiate us from many other technically led organisations, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with the team or find us presenting again at Ignite London this week.
